Gorgeous Couture's new site/Online chat service

One of our initial ideas was to create a chat service for Gorgeous Couture, linked with Facebook whereby users could log in to their Facebook chat accounts through Gorgeous Couture, enabling them to chat about outfits, drag and drop dresses into the conversations and rate each others looks. 
This was inspired by ASOS's live chat with a personal stylist where customers could explain what they were looking for and a personal stylist employed by ASOS would help them pick out the appropriate outfit:


This is a preview of Gorgeous Couture's new, cleaner, more sophisticated website which has also has a chat bar in the bottom right corner to help the consumer find the dress they're looking for. This service is effective because it creates a brand identity and places a personality behind the computer screen, to make the online experience much more interactive and personal for the consumer.
